1. General Information
Orders placed through the Sacred Senses website are subject to product availability. We strive to keep our stock listings as accurate as possible. If an item is unavailable when you place your order, we will contact you by email, WhatsApp Business, or telephone using the contact details provided. You will be offered an alternative item, the option to reorder (if restocking is possible), or a full refund using your original payment method.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the same working day for orders received before 12pm. Delivery is via courier or An Post. For applicable orders, a tracking number will be sent by email on the day of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on An Post’s schedules. Occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure a quicker service, some orders may be split into separate shipments, especially when weight limits apply.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4.95 within the Republic of Ireland.
Shipping to Northern Ireland is calculated at checkout.
4. Returns
If you wish to return an item for exchange, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned using tracked postage. Sacred Senses is not liable for damage to returned items during transit or for parcels that go missing on their way back.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery by email or direct message on our social media channels. For missing orders, please notify us by email within 10 working days of placing your order so we can initiate an investigation. Reports made after this time may not be eligible for follow-up.
We will provide instructions on how to return any damaged item and will reimburse return postage where applicable. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
In the rare event of a parcel going missing, we must initiate an investigation with An Post, which can take up to 30 days under their regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid, complete, and accurate shipping address that entirely matches their Eircode. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or parcels being held at sorting offices. We cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases until An Post returns the package to us or confirms successful delivery.
