Deliveries

1. General Information

Any orders placed through Sacred Senses website are subject to product availability.  We endeavour to keep stock lists as up to date as possible.  If an item you require is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email/and or by telephone number supplied. We will give you the choice of an alternative item, the option of reordering the item out of stock (if possible), or else a full refund for the total amount of the item using your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to ship all orders for in-stock items as soon as possible and your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery is by courier or occasionally via An Post. If some of the items in your order are out of stock we’ll get in touch to let you know when to expect delivery, or will alternatively offer a full refund.  The delivery date may sometimes vary due to couriers shipping practices or  the location and method of delivery. Added delays may sometimes be possible as we approach the busy season or due to any potential COVID19 courier delays. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments in order to get the products faster to you.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:
Ireland – €5.95
United Kingdom – €14.95

4. Returns

If you wish to return an item in order to exchange for an alternative item, it’s up to the customer to pay delivery fees and send it to us via tracked shipping. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to returned items during transit, or for missing parcels.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 working days of your delivery. You can contact us via phone, email or Facebook.

We will instruct you how to return the damaged item.  Upon inspection of returned item, we will revert to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
